Job summary

SOUTHWEST VETERINARY SURGICAL SERVICE PC in Arizona is seeking an experienced full-time Client Liaison to join our specialty practice. This role focuses on exceptional client service, communication with referring DVMs, and supporting the Client Services team across Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Tucson facilities.

Applicants should have 3–5 years as a veterinary technician (CVT preferred) and experience in surgical or specialty settings.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of practical veterinary technician work experience.
• 2+ years in a surgical or specialty setting preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of procedures, anatomy and post-op care.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and act with urgency in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily rounds to ensure complete and thorough understanding of caseload.
• Assist the Client Services team to open the clinic before the arrival of the doctor(s); prepare the lobby area for the day’s work, and close the clinic as directed by the Practice Manager(s).
• Help to ensure smooth operations between the client services team, technician staff and doctors.
• Keep the workspace organized and tidy.
• Address clients with a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide back-up with check-in/out of clients for appointments and payments.
• Answer/post-operative questions and prepare estimates; transition questions to scheduled appointments.
• Handle communication to convert inquiries to scheduled appointments.
• Enter client and patient data accurately including medical imagery and records.
• Perform follow up post-op calls and schedule rechecks.
• Prepare basic estimate information for clients or rDVMs.
• Prepare next day appointment confirmation calls and client paperwork.
• Complete client correspondence documents and file organization.
• Respond to AllyDVM platform messages.
