Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service, PC (SVSS) seeks an experienced full-time Client Liaison to join our private specialty practice in Arizona. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, coordination with referring DVMs, and supporting SVSS locations with administrative duties and communications.

The position requires comfort around animals, proficiency with MS Office, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of practical vet technician work experience; CVT strongly preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a surgical or specialty setting preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary procedures, anatomy, and post-op care.
• Ability to multitask and maintain urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently; proficient with computers.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate information to inquiries from clients, team members, and referring DVMs.
• Assist Client Services, technicians, and doctors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain organized, well-documented client files and records across locations.
• Make post-op follow-up calls and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Input client data, medical imagery, and lab results into client files.
