Thrive Pet Healthcare’s Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Emergency/Specialty hospital in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Be the face of our practice, delivering compassionate service to clients and their pets.

As part of a dedicated team, you will handle client communication, appointment scheduling, payments, product recommendations, and medical records management while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary client service experience REQUIRED
• Enjoys connecting with people
• Wants to be an ambassador for quality pet care
• Has a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Answering questions regarding products, services, general animal husbandry, and non-medical pet care
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean
