Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of veterinary client service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a busy front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and oral) required.
• Experience in veterinary customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients professionally, delivering helpful information.
• Communicate with staff about patient care and client questions.
• Document all communications and conversations.
• Maintain lobby and exam rooms.
