Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, vet reception, or similar roles.
• Vet industry experience is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication; warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Familiarity with multiple computer systems is preferred.
• Passion for excellent client experiences and teamwork.
• Experience in veterinary medicine or animal care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow and walk-ins in a fast-paced clinic.
• Communicate with clients and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean, and stocked client spaces.
• Provide hospitality, answer questions, and educate pet parents during visits.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support hospital operations.
