Pinnacle Animal Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience at every interaction. You will manage reception, scheduling, records, and payments, while supporting doctors and the care team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate shows patience, strong communication, and teamwork. Weekend availability is required on a limited basis; full-time, vary shifts, and a welcoming, professional demeanor are valued.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area, and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments; handles accounts.
• Schedules appointments following doctor preferences.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients.
• Performs regular data backup and daily posting.
• Greets clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Assists with medications and take-home items; supports clinic policies.
