Job summary

Boone's Creek Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience while handling reception, records maintenance and appointment tracking.

The ideal candidate will have CSR experience and be able to work weekend shifts; high school diploma required and veterinary experience preferred. OSHA safety practices and strong communication with Doctors and clients are essential to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Weekend shifts required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Veterinary experience preferred
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE

Responsibilities

• Leads opening/closing procedures as instructed by Practice Manager.
• Maintains front desk and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Processes payments including cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Schedules appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Remains courteous and empathetic, addressing client concerns.
• Handles reminder notices and follow-ups with clients as needed.
• Performs backup of computer system and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.
