Qualifications

• Veterinary hospital experience required (CVT/tech/CSR in animal hospital).
• Local to Chicago and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Proficient with practice management systems and multi-line phone setups.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a friendly, professional tone for hospital clients.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments per hospital protocols.
• Provide pre-appointment instructions and directions to clients.
• Perform proactive outbound outreach to lapse clients for schedule follow-ups.
• Educate clients on upcoming care and scheduling barriers.
• Manage lapse lists to optimize provider schedules and efficiency.
• De-escalate frustrated callers with empathy and problem-solving.
