Job summary

Veterinarian Partners in Chicago seeks a Client Care Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients across partner hospitals, handling inbound calls and scheduling with a warm, patient-focused approach. Qualifications

• Love for pets and empathy in client service.
• Veterinary hospital experience with understanding of how hospital teams operate (CVT, tech, CSR).
• Local to Chicago and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Problem solving and ability to simplify complex scheduling challenges.
• Tech-savvy with Practice Management systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask while engaging in meaningful client conversations.
