Job summary

Animal Doctors of South Tampa seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet clients, answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate records in the practice management system.

You will help with billing, payments, and insurance claims, supporting veterinarians and the team in delivering excellent care to pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with technology and scheduling/online platforms.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments and manage forward bookings with clinician availability.
• Greet clients and gather information, triaging questions to the medical team.
• Update client/patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing and digital payments, including insurance claims when needed.
• Maintain a clean reception area and guide clients to services and online shop.
