AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative for a walk-in veterinary clinic in Tampa. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service and coordinating appointments.

Responsibilities include handling calls, data entry for client records, processing payments, and guiding clients through our online store and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary/healthcare.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Send reminders and follow-ups to keep clients informed.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience throughout visits.
• Gather medical information via active listening and triage inquiries.
• Provide post-visit instructions and assist with daily operations.
