Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Some veterinary assistant experience preferred but not required.
• Avimark experience a plus.
• Coverage of some Saturday shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients at hospital reception.
• Triage client concerns and direct to appropriate party.
• Answer calls or emails and schedule appointments to optimize daily flow.
• Check in/out clients and process payments.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to clients as needed.
