Clark Veterinary Hospital in Nashua, NH is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support veterinarians. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate medical records while delivering outstanding client service.

This full-time role requires 35-40 hours per week, a team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Veterinary experience strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of client service representative.
• Commitment to working within a team environment.
• Positive, will-do attitude.
• Team player with flexibility.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a busy work setting.
• Professional demeanor and outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent client service to owners
• Assist in scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems.
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
• Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.
