Cochise Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Care Representative to be the welcoming face of the practice. You will handle appointments, phones, and client inquiries while ensuring a smooth front-desk flow and patient records are meticulously maintained.

You’ll partner with a collaborative team, deliver exceptional client service, and support operations across busy days, including weekends, in a modern, low-stress environment for pets and their families.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• At least two years of customer service experience in an animal hospital.
• Proficient with veterinary terminology and protocols.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
• Experience with EzyVet is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage multi-line phone system, schedule and update appointments.
• Guide clients through visits, coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
