Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of customer service in an animal hospital.
• Proficient with veterinary terminology and protocols.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
• Experience with EzyVet is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and manage front-desk operations.
• Schedule appointments, check-ins/outs, and document visits.
• Answer questions and guide pet parents through the care process.
• Coordinate with teams and maintain organized reception area.
• Process deposits and handle payments accurately.
