Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital, helping create an exceptional client experience while supporting doctors and staff in a fast-paced specialty environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to compassionate care for pets and families. Full-time with day shifts, weekend/overnight flexibility, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule appointments and recheck visits.
• Coordinate front desk operations and support hospital workflow.
• Assist families through the euthanasia paperwork process with empathy.
• Discuss payment options and process client transactions.
• Process daily estimates and financial reports.
• Prepare schedules, maintain medical records, and complete administrative tasks.
• Answer incoming calls and direct urgent calls to the clinical team.
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and staff.
• Support student training and mentorship opportunities.
