We are a busy 5-doctor full-service, integrative practice in the Lakeview neighborhood looking for detail and team-oriented veterinary receptionist to join our team. We offer preventative medicine, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and some alternative treatments, such as acupuncture and therapeutic cold laser.
Candidates must have at least1 year of experience in the veterinary field, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues, clients, and patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting clients and patients, monetary transactions, answering a multi-line phone system, responding to texts, emails, and portal requests in a timely manner, sending and receiving faxes, client communication and education, and overall maintenance of the front desk and reception areas.
