Truss Vet is seeking a Care Partner Relationship Manager to travel across NC, SC, and TN, building strong clinic partnerships and driving referral growth.

You'll own partner engagement, retention, and expansion, while collaborating with clinical teams to streamline care transitions and patient referrals. The role requires exceptional communication, problem solving, and a proactive, relationship‑driven approach. Travel ~75% across markets as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management within veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and inform strategy; Excel proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing care partner clinics through visits and touchpoints.
• Drive retention and engagement by understanding each clinic's needs and growth opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with PMs to plan engagement.
• Deliver in-person trainings to demonstrate Truss Vet capabilities.
• Track visit volume and engagement metrics to identify trends.
• Document procedures and ensure effective follow-up with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth referrals and care transitions.
