Job summary

Truss Vet - Veterinary Urgent Care is seeking a Care Partner Relationship Manager who travels extensively across the Southeast to build and sustain partnerships with veterinary clinics. This role focuses on maximizing care partner engagement, retention, and referral quality while coordinating across clinical operations and partner relations.

You will work at the intersection of clinics and internal teams, traveling between locations, conducting trainings, and identifying expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare partnerships is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive growth.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Care Partner clinics through visits and touchpoints.
• Drive retention and engagement by understanding clinics' needs and growth opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners and close partnerships.
• Deliver in-person training and consultations to demonstrate capabilities.
• Track visit volume and engagement metrics to identify trends.
• Document procedures clearly for care partner relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient referrals and experiences.
