Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and prompt assistance.
• Experience with scheduling and appointments.
• Basic knowledge of animal medicine and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
• Manage lobby flow, schedules, and client concerns.
• Assist with basic medical emergencies as needed.
• Assist with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Input and manage data in the practice management system, including billing.
• Assist with retail sales, weighing pets, and records.</br>
• Handle cash drawer and end-of-day transactions.
