PetVet Care Centers' Carolina Veterinary Specialists – Greensboro is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join the team in Greensboro, NC. The role supports hospital operations, patient care coordination, client communication, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced emergency specialty setting.

The position emphasizes excellence in client service, accurate data entry, and collaboration within a culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of veterinary hospital front desk experience.
• Preferred more than 5 years in a Specialty/Emergency hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, soothe distressed owners, and schedule appointments.
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and their owners, ensuring safety.
• Assist with medication pickups and inquiries, and inform clients about services and products.
• Enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day financial duties.
