Carroll County Animal Hospital at Columbia Drive in Carrollton, GA, part of PetVet Care Centers, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator). The role combines administrative duties with exceptional client service to support a high-performing veterinary team.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling, data entry, basic pet care information, and assisting with product and service inquiries.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Clerical skills and ability to organize files/records
• Excellent customer service and prompt assistance
• Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Ability to stand/walk and lift animals up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and in stressful situations
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, schedule appointments
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• Assist with medication pickups and inquiries, provide service information
• Enter and manage data in practice management software including billing and accounts
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, maintain records
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties
