PetVet Care Centers’ Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. The role blends administrative duties with compassionate client service, supporting hospital operations and pet families.

You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle billing, and coordinate care with veterinarians while upholding our Culture of Care in a fast-paced, empathetic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and greet clients.
• Handle billing and practice management data entry.
• Assist with medication pickups and client inquiries.
• Support retail operations and product information.
• Maintain records and reconcile cash drawer at day end.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
