Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and calms distressed owners.
• Handles basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety.
• Assists with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Inputs data in practice management software, including billing.
• Supports retail sales, weighs pets, processes faxes, and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties.
