You will manage front-desk operations, schedule appointments, assist with basic inquiries, and help maintain a smooth lobby experience for clients and their pets. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be considered.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• 1 year receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses client concerns.
• Assists with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety.
• Handles medication pickups and provides information about services and products.
• Enters data in practice management software including billing and accounts.
• Assists with retail sales, weighs pets, and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day financial duties.
