You will handle high-stress situations with calm professionalism, assist with medication pickups, and support retail activities while ensuring accurate records and smooth daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work some weekends/holidays.
• Comfort with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manages lobby flow and schedules appointments.
• Handles basic pet emergencies and owner safety.
• Assists with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Inputs data in practice management software and handles billing.
• Supports retail sales and maintains records.
• Performs end-of-day cash reconciliation.
