PetVet Care Centers' Brodheadsville Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering top‑notch client service and administrative support to ensure smooth hospital operations.

The Care Coordinator will greet clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and assist with routine tasks that keep the clinic organized and efficient. A friendly, reliable team member with good communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience handling front-desk duties in a medical or veterinary setting is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and team members, with a calm, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask effectively during busy periods and manage scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients, answer phones, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and assist in client education.
• Assist with medication pickups and information about services and products.
• Input and verify data in practice management software, including billing and records.
• Support petty cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
