Job summary

ShotVet is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our inbound contact center operations in Longwood, Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced call center manager who can build a sales-focused team, improve performance, and create a high-quality customer experience.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee PawCenter Supervisors and Representatives, driving sales conversions, strengthening accountability, and ensuring every interaction with pet parents is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center management experience.
• Sales experience with ability to drive conversions.
• Experience managing supervisors or multiple teams.
• Familiarity with call center KPIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead PawCenter Supervisors and Representatives to drive sales and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, CSAT, and QA.
• Oversee daily operations and staffing based on call volume.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
