Job summary

ShotVet is seeking a results-driven Field Supervisor to lead and support multiple mobile veterinary clinic teams, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence across locations in the Greater Orlando Area.

This hands-on leadership role is in the field, involves coaching teams, managing costs, and delivering an exceptional experience for pets and their families, with a Friday–Tuesday schedule and field-based travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail or service.
• Experience driving revenue growth or improving sales performance.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ employees with P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support multiple clinic teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Provide hands-on field leadership Friday through Sunday, visiting locations and ensuring daily operations.
• Manage revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Ensure clinics deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, vehicle readiness, and field compliance.
