Job summary

ShotVet is seeking an entry-level Call Center Rep to join our Longwood, FL team on-site. This part-time role (20–25 hours per week) requires weekend shifts between 7am and 9pm, with both morning and evening hours.

Primary duties include handling calls/chats, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and updating client records. The ideal candidate loves dogs and cats, communicates effectively, and remains calm under pressure while assisting clients and coordinating with

ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work On-Site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America!

Schedule:

Part Time - 20-25 hours per week

WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Hours of operation: 7am - 9pm

(Must be able to work 8-hour shifts Morning and Evening Shifts)

• Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns
• Providing accurate information about our services and products
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team
• Maintaining client records and updating our database
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Love for dogs and cats
• Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way
• Can handle multiple calls and chats
• Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to Dialpad
• Experience in a call center or veterinary setting
• Prior sales experience with metric expectations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
