• One year related experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure quality pet care.
• Educate clients about pet health, vaccines, and preventive care.
• Obtain patient history and maintain complete medical charts.
• Ensure safety by proper restraining techniques and clean, organized treatment areas.
• Assist with procedures and monitor hospitalized or surgical patients as allowed by state acts.
• Use medical software, Outlook, Word, and Excel to document care.
