  • Assist the veterinary team with appointments, procedures, surgery, and patient care.
  • Restrain and handle patients safely and compassionately.
  • Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas and keep them clean and organized.
  • Assist with patient intake, discharge, and client communication.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and surgical areas.
  • Help with laboratory samples, medications, treatments, and other patient-care tasks as trained.
  • Support the team in keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Participate in training and actively work toward developing new skills.

Position Details

Role: Veterinary Assistant

Status: Full-time

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience and skill set

Schedule: Four-day work week; rotating Saturday shifts

Experience: Previous veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
