Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and serve as a professional point of contact in the VTH administrative office.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and correspondence; manage records and office logistics.
• Assist with gift fund documentation, onboarding, and routine administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge bases, policies, and confidential information with discretion.
