Job summary

Roo in the United States is seeking a Veterinary Account Manager to be the go-to liaison for veterinarians, balancing relationship building with a data-driven operating rhythm.

You’ll use booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to tailor outreach, spot risks, and grow Roo's revenue. You may also participate in vet events and conferences.

This role requires being in CT, PST, or MT time zones and offers a compensation structure across tiers with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare account management is a plus.
• Ability to work across time zones and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with veterinarians and clinics to reduce churn and grow revenue.
• Leverage booking data and CRM insights to tailor outreach.
