Roo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth with independent veterinary hospitals. You’ll own the end-to-end hospital lifecycle from discovery to activation and ongoing engagement, shaping the growth strategy and metrics for success.

In this role you’ll manage the growth budget, test initiatives across channels, and lead cross-functional collaboration with product and leadership to optimize hospital postings and active usage across Roo’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Shape the hospital growth strategy with the GM and product, setting goals for acquisition, activation, reactivation, and expansion, plus acquisition cost and payback targets tied to hospitals that fill shifts and keep posting.
• Own the hospital growth budget and channel mix, allocating spend by market tier based on where shifts are most likely to fill, and deciding what to scale, what to cut, and what should wait.
