Responsibilities

• Serve as a testing proctor and advise students on test outcomes.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and maintain a welcoming environment for students and staff.
• File and maintain accurate student records; assist with Veteran work-study students.
• Participate in recruitment activities; collect incoming documentation and support course registration.
• Partner with local agencies related to military/veterans; perform related duties as assigned.
