Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the college's lead School Certifying Official (SCO) for veterans' education benefits.
• Review records and process enrollment certifications, adjustments, amendments, and terminations per VA requirements.
• Interpret and apply federal/state regulations related to veterans' benefits and coordinate with financial aid.
• Reconcile VA tuition and fee payments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with audits and reporting.
• Advise students on eligibility, procedures, and enrollment impacts.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrar, Business Office, Admissions, IT, and academic departments to support compliance and operations.
