Job summary
UIW on the San Antonio campus seeks a Military and Veterans Services Specialist & School Certifying Official to support military-affiliated students, administer VA/DoD benefits, and assist with certifications. This on-campus role reports to the Assistant Director of the Military & Veterans Center.
Responsibilities include excellent customer service, accurate record-keeping in military/VA/UIW databases, and collaboration with faculty and staff to support student success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in customer service and working with military-connected students is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
