Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) in Behavioral Health, Business, Nursing, or Management field with 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• Experience with trauma-informed services and cognitive behavioral therapies (DBT) preferred.
• Military experience or dependent status preferred for cultural competency in programming updates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff, counseling, disciplining, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinates work, assigns schedules, and ensures standards and progress reviews.
• Oversees program operations, budgets, marketing, regulatory and patient experience goals.
• Ensures compliant documentation and data collection for grants and reporting.
