You will guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment, coordinate career development programming, and collaborate across campus to ensure a supportive, inclusive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in guidance, advising, customer service, or program support.
• Ability to build relationships with military-connected students and diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to learn complex processes and resources to support student success.
• Commitment to supporting military-connected students.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Admissions to support outreach and recruitment for military-affiliated students.
• Advise applicants on the application process and transfer credit requirements.
• Maintain communication from inquiry through enrollment and transition.
• Coordinate programs to support enrollment, retention, and graduation for veteran students.
• Collaborate with campus partners on career services and internships.
• Lead workshops on career readiness and translating military experience.
• Develop and implement a strategic communication plan for the veteran community.
• Collect and maintain records and track metrics related to military-affiliated students.
• Support day-to-day office operations and special projects.
