Qualifikationen

• 2.5 years education/experience after high school in a field with direct service.
• Valid driver's license or have access to transportation.

Aufgaben

• Interview, classify, and register individuals for work in order to refer and place them in suitable employment.
• Assist in determining eligibility for unemployment benefits and connect job seekers with appropriate training.
• Provide outreach to employers, agencies, and the public to inform about NHES programs.
• Enter data into the benefits/claims system and process initial, reopen, and continued claims as required.
• Coordinate employer services and develop labor exchange between job seekers and employers.
