Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong typing skills and be comfortable using a computer, including basic navigation through menus.
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally using a telephone headset.
• Accurately record participants’ verbal responses while following scripted questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews to collect survey data.
• Follow scripted questionnaires and manage 10–15 minute interviews.
• Record responses accurately in the surveying software.
• Maintain your own schedule within shifts and manage time blocks.
