Job summary
Bmacww is seeking a full-time SSVF Case Manager/Outreach Specialist in Walla Walla, WA. The role includes community outreach and case management for Veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Qualifications
Bilingual: English/Spanish is desirable.
Two years' related work experience administering social services.
Experience with Veterans preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist Veterans in obtaining and retaining permanent housing.
Conduct outreach and engagement with homeless Veterans.
Maintain caseload of up to 12 Veteran households.
Develop and monitor Individualized Housing Stability Plans.
