Job summary

Bmacww is seeking a full-time SSVF Case Manager/Outreach Specialist in Walla Walla, WA. The role includes community outreach and case management for Veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Applicants should have an Associates degree in a relevant field and at least two years of related experience. Qualifications

• Bilingual: English/Spanish is desirable.
• Two years' related work experience administering social services.
• Experience with Veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Veterans in obtaining and retaining permanent housing.
• Conduct outreach and engagement with homeless Veterans.
• Maintain caseload of up to 12 Veteran households.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Housing Stability Plans.
