Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Veterans Affairs Housing (VASH) Case Manager to work on-site in Seattle, WA. Duties include coordinating with VA providers, HUD-VASH, and landlords to secure housing for veterans while ensuring documentation and eligibility requirements are met.

• Candidates must be master-level clinicians and licensed to practice independently or pursuing licensure (WA).
