Responsibilities

• Ensure chart compliance with CFCS SSVF Policies and Procedures and VA contract requirements.
• Enter client information into the AWARDS/HMIS database accurately.
• Complete audits of chart files and records.
• Maintain accurate case files per Federal contract and COA standards.
• Ensure all forms are completed per CFCS SSVF Policies and Procedures.
• Upload necessary documentation to client chart files per policy.
• Ensure chart compliance from enrollment through discharge.
