Job summary

Catholic Family and Community Services in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Case Manager for the SSVF program to provide case management and diversified support to individuals in need. The primary role is to assess and coordinate services for a caseload of Veteran single adults and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The position is full-time with hours Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm. Regular salary is $28.29/hr, with benefits including paid training, medical/vision/dental, life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Knowledge of homeless or at-risk of homelessness population.
• Knowledge of New Jersey housing programs and community resources.
• Valid unexpired NJ driver's license required.
• Ability to work with a cross section of Veteran population including homeless individuals and families.

JOB SUMMARY:

Individual will provide case management and diversified support services to individuals in need. The primary role of the case worker is to assess and coordinate case management and program services for caseload of low-income Veteran single adults and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Requirements
