Qualifications

• Valid unexpired NJ driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate case management and program services for a caseload of low-income Veteran single adults and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
• Coordinate services with partners and community resources to support stability and housing goals.
• Liaise between consumers and third parties to ensure timely service delivery.
