Catholic Family and Community Services (CFCS) is seeking a Chart Compliance Manager for the SSVF program in New Jersey. The role centers on maintaining chart integrity, ensuring VA contract compliance, and overseeing accurate data entry for client records.

You will conduct audits, manage document uploads, and train staff on CFCS SSVF policies while collaborating with the SSVF team to meet timelines and funding requirements from enrollment through discharge.

• Upload necessary documentation to client chart files.
• Ensure charts are maintained from enrollment to discharge.
• Follow NJHMIS and VA Data Policies.
