Job summary

CPSEMO is seeking an experienced SSVF Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and compliance management for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program across CPSEMO’s 14-county rural service area in Missouri.

The role ensures eligibility, enrollment, and documentation meet VA SSVF guidance, 38 CFR Part 62, and NOFO requirements while supervising the SSVF Case Manager and Health Care Navigator. This position drives housing stabilization and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public administration, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Master's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for CPSEMO's SSVF program.
• Oversee program operations to ensure compliance with 38 CFR Part 62 and VA SSVF guidance.
• Supervise SSVF staff and provide coaching, performance feedback, and case consultations.
• Monitor program outcomes, HMIS data quality, and TFA usage to support housing stability.
