Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience.
• Experience in mental health services and community resources required.
• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes for clients referred to the program.
• Provide advocacy and crisis intervention for clients.
• Devise individualized service plans based on client input.
• Conduct housing inspections and verify tenancy with landlords.
• Participate in case conferences and training sessions.
